Wyvis Tree Services sell top quality firewood to help keep you warm in the winter. Our logs are produced from our tree surgery operations and are barn dried insuring our wood is delivered to you dry and seasoned.
Wood can contain up to 60% moisture when first felled. This is why we season the wood so that the moisture held within the wood is released through natural drying rather that in your fire which can cause sooting of the chimney, inefficient burning and low heat output. We aim to reduce the moisture content to 25% for all of our wood we sell.
We sell our wood in meter cube loads measured on the truck rather than guessing the weight like some competitors. With us you get the same amount of wood every time you place an order and is alway dry.
Our smallest loads shown below are known as a cube load or rubble sack and our largest is our loose lorry load.
